He has been involved in solar PV and BESS projects exceeding 1 GW across major U.S. power markets, including PJM, ERCOT, NYISO, CAISO, and RTOs. He has prior leadership experience in engineering and design coordination for utility-aligned programs and major infrastructure initiatives, including engagement with utilities and agencies such as American Electric Power, New York Power Authority, and NYSERDA, supporting disciplined growth and long-term financial sustainability.

Daniel Farmer supports Jena Sustainable Development LLC (JSD) in the capacity of Chief Strategic Advisor (CSA), providing independent strategic counsel, executive insight, and technical leadership that strengthen the Company's renewable energy, battery energy storage, and advanced energy infrastructure initiatives. His advisory role enhances JSD's strategic planning, technical governance, engineering excellence, project development capabilities, and long-term growth strategy.

He is a highly respected power and renewable energy executive with more than 40 years of professional experience in the planning, engineering, development, construction, commissioning, and delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects across North America and global energy markets. His career spans the utility, industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors, where he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams delivering technically challenging and commercially significant projects.

Since 2007, he has been actively involved in Power Generation design and since 2009 has been deeply engaged in implementation within the utility-scale Solar Photovoltaic (PV) sector, supporting the successful planning, engineering, and delivery of major renewable energy projects throughout the United States, Caribbean, Africa, South America, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. His experience includes Independent Engineering assignments supporting more than 4 GW of utility-scale Solar PV projects, development engineering support exceeding 15 GW, together with extensive field engineering, construction oversight, commissioning, and Owner's Engineering services for utility-scale renewable energy facilities.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with leading international engineering and consulting organizations, providing strategic direction for large-scale power generation, transmission, renewable energy, and critical infrastructure projects. His extensive experience enables him to integrate engineering excellence, commercial insight, project execution, and risk management to deliver practical, technically robust, and commercially successful solutions.

As Chief Strategic Advisor, he provides independent guidance on engineering strategy, renewable energy project development, Owner's Engineering, EPC procurement and evaluation, technical due diligence, construction planning, commissioning strategy, quality assurance, and project risk management. His counsel supports JSD in developing technically robust, commercially competitive, and investment-ready renewable energy projects while promoting engineering excellence, sound governance, commercial discipline, and effective project execution.

His combination of executive leadership, engineering excellence, and practical project delivery experience enhances JSD's ability to develop innovative, resilient, and commercially sustainable energy infrastructure.
