Garima provides strategic leadership and direction for JenaSDG's clean energy platform, partnerships, and long-term growth, aligning project development, community engagement, and sustainability initiatives with state, utility, and federal clean energy objectives.

George N. P. Jena

Chief Financial Officer

George is a finance leader with over 30 years of experience in financial planning, project financial closure, and investor interface for large infrastructure and energy projects. He brings deep expertise in energy pricing structures for utility-scale projects, financial structuring, investor relations, and regulatory compliance, with extensive experience engaging with capital markets, rating agencies, and green finance frameworks, including Green Bond programs.

He has been involved in solar PV and BESS projects exceeding 1 GW across major U.S. power markets, including PJM, ERCOT, NYISO, CAISO, and RTOs. He has prior leadership experience in engineering and design coordination for utility-aligned programs and major infrastructure initiatives, including engagement with utilities and agencies such as American Electric Power, New York Power Authority, and NYSERDA, supporting disciplined growth and long-term financial sustainability.

Frank oversees operational execution across project development and program delivery, ensuring coordination of technical teams, partner ecosystem integration, and efficient implementation aligned with project timelines, performance requirements, and program objectives.
