Garima provides strategic leadership and direction for JenaSDG's clean energy platform, partnerships, and long-term growth, aligning project development, community engagement, and sustainability initiatives with state, utility, and federal clean energy objectives.

Mel Jones is Azurent's President and Chief Executive Officer. He is an accomplished chief executive with a broad range of leadership experience in the energy and information technology sectors. Prior to Azurent, he focused on creating shareholder value, generating a career total of $546 million in revenue and $250 million in debt and equity capital to fuel further growth. Areas of specialty include business startup and expansion, strategic planning, strategic partnerships and alliances, Fortune 100 account relationships, contract negotiation and infrastructure development.

He has assembled and now leads Azurent's consortium team of highly experienced utility-scale solar project developers, building on decades of experience in the electric utility, renewable energy and carbon credits sector. Achievements include project management of 20 utility-scale solar projects with BESS and multiple biomass projects, all awarded power purchase agreements with utilities. In total, Azurent's principals have developed 30 projects (totaling 1,852.6 MW solar and 500 MW BESS. Currently this team is developing 27 utility scale solar and BESS projects (4,115 Solar MW and 1,671 BESS MW). He specializes in project management, financing, procurement and other management roles.

In his prior role as CEO of the first company with a nationally available renewable energy credits choice, he built a startup company to prominence as the nation's leading retail provider of RECs to corporations while also supplying utilities and government agencies in compliance markets. Mel negotiated a contract with DTE Electric for the purchase of 2.5 million RECs. This is a subset of more than 60 million RECs and carbon offsets sold by Mr. Jones and his small sales team. These sales generated $288 million in revenue and earned four U.S. Environmental Protection Agency awards for REC supplier of the year.

He began his career with 19 years at Southern Company, where he led development of complex records management software for the utility's newest nuclear power plant and later marketed that software through a Southern subsidiary. Mr. Jones also served as vice president of Texas-based Electronic Data Systems.

An outspoken leader in the clean energy market, Mr. Jones has served on six boards guiding the renewable energy sector, including the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) and the Renewable Energy Markets Association (REMA). He has advised and/or testified before the public utility commissions in the states of New York, Florida, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii and Nevada on renewable energy and energy conservation policy. He holds a B.S. degree in statistics from the University of Georgia.

Bette Trevillion is Azurent's Chief Operating Officer, tasked with overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Azurent. She handles all the company's internal affairs and mainly focuses on executing the company's business plan. Activities include business development, communications, public relations, project proposal development, accounting and human resources management. She brings to this role decades of utility and energy experience, with 15 years of management in the carbon credits and renewable energy sector.

In prior roles, she coordinated with utilities in the Northeast and South to help design, launch and manage their green pricing programs. Among her achievements was successful launch of a unique offer by a mid-Atlantic natural gas provider to counteract the impacts of natural gas usage with locally produced carbon credits and improve the Chesapeake Bay airshed and water quality. She has worked with key customers, such as Intel and Microsoft, to craft compelling content that conveyed their environmental commitments and earned 21 EPA green power awards. She also developed an online carbon calculator.

She is an experienced corporate communicator, having served with large investor-owned electric utilities, including Southern Company, Duke Energy and member utilities of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. On a freelance basis, she also delivered communications solutions for large nonutility companies, including BellSouth, Equifax, United Parcel Service and Coca-Cola. She has a master's degree from the University of South Carolina.

George is a finance leader with over 30 years of experience in financial planning, project financial closure, and investor interface for large infrastructure and energy projects. He brings deep expertise in energy pricing structures for utility-scale projects, financial structuring, investor relations, and regulatory compliance, with extensive experience engaging with capital markets, rating agencies, and green finance frameworks, including Green Bond programs.

He has been involved in solar PV and BESS projects exceeding 1 GW across major U.S. power markets, including PJM, ERCOT, NYISO, CAISO, and RTOs. He has prior leadership experience in engineering and design coordination for utility-aligned programs and major infrastructure initiatives, including engagement with utilities and agencies such as American Electric Power, New York Power Authority, and NYSERDA, supporting disciplined growth and long-term financial sustainability.

Frank oversees operational execution across project development and program delivery, ensuring coordination of technical teams, partner ecosystem integration, and efficient implementation aligned with project timelines, performance requirements, and program objectives.

Michael leads the planning, structuring, and delivery of JenaSDG's project pipeline and program-aligned initiatives, ensuring integration of development, program frameworks, and execution pathways across multiple markets and technologies.
